Tyga and Kylie Jenner found it "humbling" to visit sick children

He said: "I think it's good to work with like a children's hospital and I've been doing it for the last couple of years and every year is just getting bigger and better. I meet more kids and put more smiles on kids' faces.

"It's a very humbling experience to really just touch somebody and make them feel great even though they're going through a lot. It just shows your how music transcends and it could be used as good."

The pair posed for selfies with patients as well as handing out presents.

Tyga, 25, told one of the patients: "We brought you some gifts, some clothes, some headphones, speakers."

One of the other young people could be heard telling the 18-year-old beauty, "Hi, Kylie, oh, you're so beautiful."

It is not the first time Kylie has visited a children's hospital in recent weeks.

Earlier this month, ahead of her eighteenth birthday, she tweeted: "Let the birthday celebrations begin! First stop: @childrensla. (sic)"
