Caitlyn Jenner found it "very, very difficult" meeting with Kris Jenner after gender transition

The 'I Am Cait' star - who was previously known as Bruce Jenner - came face-to-face with her ex-wife when they met up at her Malibu home and though she was unsure whether they would "resolve anything", she wanted the chat with the showbiz matriarch so they could clear the air for the sake of their daughters Kendall and Kylie Jenner.

In a preview clip for 'I Am Cait', Caitlyn - who has been criticised by her stepdaughters for remarks she made about Kris in her infamous Vanity Fair magazine interview - said: "Uh, I don't know if we'll resolve anything.

"But I should probably get some things off my chest... and her, too."

Nervously pacing around her home, she added: "You know, we did have a lot of great times.

"We've both moved on, both of us, but I don't want to throw all of the good times away. And so, for the kids, Kendall and Kylie, I don't want tension. I don't want to put them in a tough position. This is really very, very difficult."

Appearing uncomfortable, the 65-year-old former Olympian answered the door to Kris, who smiled at her former partner and complimented her on her shoes, before handing her a box of cookies.

The two women were then seen hugging before sitting awkwardly across from each other in Caitlyn's lounge.

A previously revealed clip from the meeting showed Kris, 59, slamming Caitlyn for her lack of sensitivity towards her family.

Kris said: "You're sensitive and amazing to all these new people in your life, you're just not so sensitive and amazing to the family that you left behind."

Caitlyn replied: "I try to do everything I can to be nice, reach out. You have to see it from my perspective, be an ally when it comes to dealing with the kids."
