Bobbi Kristina Brown's cause of death has been sealed pending potential homicide prosecution

Police officials in Fulton County, Georgia, are continuing their investigation into foul play after Whitney Houston's daughter was found unresponsive in a bathtub in January, and now a judge has ordered her official cause of death to be kept secret while it is ongoing.

According to TMZ, the Fulton County Medical Examiner has determined what killed the 22 year old - who died in July after being taken off life support - but authorities wish to keep the news private to prevent potential suspects from using it to avoid giving evidence that may be incriminating.

Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend Nick Gordon has been accused by her estate of playing a part in "rendering her unconscious" by plying her with a "toxic cocktail".

The aspiring singer's co-conservator Bedelia Hargrove has filed a $10 million wrongful death lawsuit against Nick, 24, who shared a home with Bobbi and discovered her body in a bathtub in January.

Nick has filed to have the lawsuit dismissed with his lawyers claiming it contains "several unsupported conclusory, untrue, criminal accusations".

The lawsuit also claims Nick physically abused Bobbi, knocking her teeth out and dragging her upstairs by her hair, as well as trying to "control" her and "benefit from her wealth", all allegations which his attorneys have denied in their documents to have the case dismissed.
