Vanessa White thinks her rear is her best feature.

The Saturdays star recently completed a tough week at No 1 Boot Camp in Ibiza and admitted she's thrilled with the results because her pert posterior is looking better than ever.

Asked about the favourite part of her body, she said: ''That's my bum - I've worked on that!''

But the 26-year-old singer - who is gearing up to launch a solo career after premiering new song 'Relationship Goals' in September - admitted she needs a personal trainer to keep her focused while working out.

She said: ''I do need a trainer. I'm useless on my own. I need that kick up the butt.''

During her week away she managed to shed 4lbs and was helped by former Royal Navy physical training instructor Ricki Parcell who has previously worked with ex-Pussycat Dolls star Ashley Roberts.

However, Vanessa - who was photographed by Max Lawless while working out - admitted it has taken a while to get her body toned as she didn't do much exercise until The Saturdays decided to take some time out.

She said: ''It's been a gradual thing. I haven't dieted or gone through any drastic weight loss. I've just been revving things up and really getting ripped. I'm really happy with my body.

''A few years ago I didn't used to do much, but now I cannot imagine a life without exercise.''
