Kim Kardashian West is finding her pregnancy wardrobe "uncomfortable".

The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star - who already has two-year-old daughter North and is due to give birth next month - has sported a number of tight-fitting garments while pregnant with her second child but confided in super fan Charlotte Heyes, 18, that she isn't feeling very glamorous.

Charlotte - who was flown from Bolton, North West England to Los Angeles to have lunch with Kim for her birthday last month - said: "Her bump was really big and she said it was uncomfortable, especially in tight dresses.

"Kim told me she's worried she may suffer from pre-eclampsia, the same condition she had with North."

And Kim also confided in Charlotte - who was chosen to meet Kim after the reality star's team saw her social media fan pages - that she isn't looking forward to giving birth.

Charlotte told Closer magazine: "When I saw Kim, she looked amazing. We sat down for lunch and chatted like best friends.

"Kim revealed she's terrified of giving birth again and admitted she wasn't enjoying this pregnancy."

As well as Kim, the student also got to meet her husband Kanye West and their daughter North at the luxury Four Seasons Hotel.

She said: "Kanye and North came to the hotel too - he was friendly and North was so cute.

"Kim gave me a gift basket with a note thanking me for celebrating with her. It was the best experience of my life."
