Jessica Alba feels like a "lone wolf".

The 'Sin City: A Dame To Kill For' star - who is also a chief ex ecutive officer (CEO) of lifestyle brand The Honest Company - admits she found it hard at first to be among only a small number of female CEOs.

She explained: "You feel like a lone wolf surrounded by men who have done it all before."

However, the 34-year-old actress insists she has experience about being labelled differently than men brought over from her time in the film industry.

She told Net-A-Porter's The EDIT magazine: "I've actually felt this more in the entertainment industry. People never say a male actor is difficult, they call him smart, but if a woman did the same thing, she would be considered a b***h.

"I find it funny when I get called ambitious! I've even had my agents do intros and say, 'She's a very ambitious young lady.' And I'm always like, 'What the f**k does that mean?!'"

Meanwhile, Jessica previously admitted she felt like an "impostor" at first but claims her children - Honor, seven and Haven, four - have made her feel "whole" in herself.

She shared: "For a long time, I didn't think I was smart. I felt like an impostor. It's not until you feel whole in yourself that you fit in anywhere. And it took me becoming a mom to actually feel that way."
