Jodie Marsh has revealed she's a stepmother.

The 36-year-old TV star wed her partner James Placido in a secret ceremony in Barbados in August and after being married for a few moths she has let slip James has a daughter who she is helping to raise.

Taking to her Twitter account on Tuesday to complain about a piece of furniture she purchased from supermarket Asda, Jodie unwittingly revealed she has also gained a stepdaughter as well as a husband.

She tweeted: "Warning folks, do NOT buy any furniture from @asda - I bought online a flat packed kids pink chest of drawers for my step daughter ... assembled it & realised half way through that it was faulty (incorrect screws provided) @asda - so I called them to explain ... Anyway turns out that @asda won't collect the faulty item until I fully disassemble it & put it back in its original box!!!!! I've already wasted 5 hours of my life on this. I'm not wasting more. The item is faulty. I'm NOT going to & don't have time to dissemble it (sic)"

Jodie, 36, now seems to be over her anger about the faulty goods and wrote a much happier Twitter post on Wednesday morning (25.11.15) when she revealed it was her and James' three-month wedding anniversary.

She tweeted: "Three months ago today I married my soul mate. Best thing I ever did. This man is my whole (sic)."

In the wake of her surprise marriage, Jodie admitted she knew hunky James was the right guy for her because he's the only man she's ever loved more than her pet cats and dogs.

She told BANG Showbiz: "Before James I'd never met a human that I liked more than my cats and dogs. It's true and he knows, and he knows he's only just past them."
