'Fifty Shades of Grey', 'Jupiter Ascending', 'Pixels' and 'Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2' have all been nominated for six Razzies.

The four movies lead the way at the tongue-in-cheek annual ceremony, which takes place the day before the Oscars and recognises the worst performances in film.

All four movies will contest for the Worst Picture gong, along with comic book remake 'Fantastic Four'.

'Pixels' actor Adam Sandler is up for Worst Actor for the fifth year in a row, for his performance in both the animated movie and also 'The Cobbler', and he's also nominated for Worst Screen Combo with "any pair of shoes".

'Mortdecai' star Johnny Depp is also up for both prizes, as is Kevin James - with both men and their "glued on moustaches" cited as Worst Screen Combo - and Jamie Dornan, who gets his nod in the latter category for his on-screen relationship with Dakota Johnson.

Dakota is also up for Worst Actress, along with 'Home Sweet Hell' star Katherine Heigl, Mila Kunis - whose 'Jupiter Ascending' co-star Channing Tatum completes the Worst Actor nominees - Jennifer Lopez for 'The Boy Next Door' and 'Mortdecai' actress Gwyneth Paltrow.

Kevin is nominated for a third award, Worst Supporting Actor, for his turn in 'Pixels'.

On a more positive note, Elizabeth Banks, M. Night Shyamalan, Will Smith and Sylvester Stallone are all nominated for the Razzie Redeemer Award, for stars who have gone from past winners at the ceremony to career success.

The winners of the spoof award will be announced on 27 February, the night before the annual Academy Awards.

Winners of the Razzies - which are also known as the Golden Raspberry awards - are voted for online by around 900 members of the Razzies committee, and anyone can sign up to vote, with memberships starting at $40.
