Jessica Biel always has breakfast with her son.
The 33-year-old actress - who has 10-month-old Silas with husband Justin Timberlake - insists on time with her little boy every morning, no matter how busy she is.

She said: "[Three things I can't live without are] yoga, eating breakfast with my kid [and] listening to Erykah Badu while I eat with my kid. We love her."
The 'Total Recall' actress wishes she got more sleep, but has always resisted hitting the snooze button on her alarm clock.
In a short Instagram Q+A for The Skimm, she said: "[I get up] two hours before I'd really like to. I'm not a snoozer. Never have been. Wish I was, but I would never get up if I did."
Jessica admits she takes on too many things, but even if she is "underperforming", she is still thrilled about what she achieves as she knows things could be worse.
She said: "[I woke up] dishevelled, running late, doing too many things at once and underperforming all of them; but pretty thrilled about mediocrity! Could be a lot worse, guys. A lot worse."
When she does finally make it to bed at the end of the day, the brunette beauty insists no one will hear her snore.
She said: "Even if I did, my dog Tina snores so loudly that no one would ever know if I did."
