    Ashley Jensen "laughed" at Colin Farrell when he stripped off in front of her for their film 'The Lobster'.

    The 46-year-old actress stars opposite the 39-year-old Irish hunk in the satirical comedy movie, which is set in a dystopian future where single residents of a city are given 45 days to find a romantic partner before they are turned into an animal.


    Ashley plays the character Biscuit Woman who hits on Colin's alter ego David - who is dumped by his wife - and she admits she couldn't help but nervously laugh when he unveiled the body that has attracted countless women in real life, and he also started giggling when she got undressed.

    Recalling the pair's awkward scene, she revealed: "I must be the only woman who has stripped off in front of Colin Farrell and he laughed at. And then again, I might be one of the few women that he stripped off in front of and I laughed!"

    Ashley - who is married to actor Terence Beesley - thinks 'The Lobster' was a good vehicle for Colin because he is usually seen flexing his macho side in Hollywood action films like 'S.W.A.T', 'Phone Booth' and 'Total Recall' rather than showing off his comic talents.

    Speaking at the London Evening Standard British Film Awards, she said: "I think it was such a good film for Colin to do because he's done a lot of big budget films and this is this crazy, quirky, sort of European sensibility, that everyone just wanted to be a part of and I felt quite fortunate to be a part of it."

    'The Lobster' also stars Rachel Weisz, Olivia Coleman, Ben Whishaw and Léa Seydoux.
