Sir Elton John has extended his Las Vegas residency.

The 'I'm Still Standing' hitmaker will be returning to The Colosseum at Caesars Palace for his 'The Million Dollar Piano' show for a handful of dates in October 2016 and February 2017.

The 69-year-old singer will continue to wow crowds with some of his biggest hits, all played on an amazing piano, which is covered in no less than 68 LED video screens.

Joining him on stage will be his fabulous band including Nigel Olsson on drums, who was part of Elton's original three-piece band. Musical director Davey Johnstone - who first worked with the star in the 1970s - will be on guitar whilst Matt Bissonette, John Mahon and Kim Bullard will be on bass, percussion and keyboards respectively. Percussionist Ray Cooper will make a special appearance.

Elton will return to Las Vegas on selected dates between October 12, 2016 and October 30 and again from February 7, 2017 until February 19.

Tickets for the new dates will go on sale on April 29 at 10am PST.
