Lindsay Lohan's former driver has asked a judge to order her to pay him more than $35,000.

Edson Ricci filed a lawsuit against the 'Mean Girls' actress last year, in which he claimed she failed to pay for his services, and as she hasn't responded to his allegations for over a year, he has now asked a court to make a ruling in his favour.

In his original suit, filed in August 2015, Edson claimed he had agreed with the 29-year-old star to provide transportation for her, her family, friends and business associates and agreed to pay for all services.

The driver sent invoices totalling $43,900 for services dating between August 21 2012 to October 2013 of that year, with Lindsay never disputing the bill and even sent him a cheque for $17,500, leaving a balance of $26,400.

Edson's lawsuit sought the repayment of that bill, as well as $1,439.18 which he claimed she owed after he paid her tab at the Soho Grand Hotel in New York and was never reimbursed for.

According to RadarOnline.com, he filed further documents on April 14 this year asking the judge to grant him a default judgement as Lindsay hadn't submitted a response.

He is now seeking additional interest of $8,835.32, making a grand total of $36, 674.50.

The judge has yet to rule on his request, but a hearing has been scheduled in New York next week.
