Amy Schumer has refused to take pictures with fans - after she was frightened by a man demanding a photograph.

The 'Trainwreck' star is sick of strangers invading her space and was "scared" earlier today the 30.04.15 when a guy sprinted towards her and allegedly shoved a camera in her face.

The incident took place in Greenville in South Carolina, US, and Amy was so shaken by the encounter that she swiftly dec lared on social media that enough is enough, and she won't comply with the public's demand to have selfies taken with her.

She said: "Yes legally you are allowed to take a picture of me. But I was asking you to stop and saying no. I will not take picture with people anymore and it's because of this dude in Greenville."

The actress managed to photograph the person who offended her and shared it with her four million Instagram followers.

Alongside a photograph of the man dressed in a baseball cap and tee-shirt, giving her a thumbs up sign and grinning, she penned: "This guy in front of his family just ran up next to me scared the s**t out of me. Put a camera in my face. I asked him to stop and he said " no it's America and we paid for you" this was in front of his daughter. I was saying stop and no. Great message to your kid."

Meanwhile, the comedian was in the city to perform a stand-up show, entitled SiriusXM Presents: Amy Schumer, and had insisted earlier in the day that it was an "awesome" place.
