Bridget Marquardt is "sad" about Kendra Wilkinson and Holly Madison's feud.

The trio were all girlfriends of Hugh Hefner until they moved out of the Playboy Mansion in 2008, and the 'Kendra on Top' star has repeatedly defended their former lover in the face of Holly's criticisms of him and their life in the legendary house.

And though Bridget, 42, hasn't addressed Holly's allegations of bullying and fear within the Mansion, she admitted she is upset about the destruction of their "sisterhood".

She said: "It's kind of sad. Like I feel like we have a bond, the three of us.

"It's kind of like, it's not like a sisterhood, it's not like friends, I mean it is friends, but it's something totally different than any other relationship you could possibly imagine.

"And so in that sense, it kind of makes me sad, but at the same time, I mean. Holly came out with a book and she gave her experience."

However, after Kendra, 30, blasted her former pal in an expletive-filled Twitter rant last week, Bridget - who is engaged to Nick Carpenter - admitted she told the blonde beauty she was in the wrong for making her feelings so public.

Speaking on 'Hollywood Today Live', she said: "This is what I told Kendra, 'She's writing about her experience and this is how she's reflecting on it and she has a right to do that. And you have a right not to agree with her, but lashing out like this and saying such vile things and stuff isn't really the way to handle it either.' "

And Kendra, who has six-year-old Hank IV and 23-month-old Alijah with husband Hank Baskett, recently insisted she doesn't regret speaking out about Holly's comments, but does regret her emotional Twitter post.

She said: "It didn't represent who I truly am. It represented me at a moment. I was just reacting emotionally. I just blew up. That's something that I'm trying to control. I'm trying to be better at doing. I failed at doing that yesterday. I became 21 again. I don't regret speaking my mind, but I regret reacting emotionally.

"She painted this black cloud over the mansion I don't like too much. She walked around with her nose in the air, with 'This is my house, get the f**k out' type of attitude.

"I wish I could respect her. There is a place in my heart where I was [like] 'Okay, I'm looking for something to ... understand where she's coming from.' But then she does this whole, 'I was afraid thing.' That just sent me over the top."

Kendra's now-deleted post read: "Now Holly is on cover of People mag sayin she lived in fear at the mansion. She wasn't in fear with that d**k in her ass for a paycheck.

"That bitch is in fear now knowing so many of us saw her doing some nasty s**t. She's embarrassed and in shame. She was the clean up girl ... Hollys job was to get Hef hard again and clean him up with her mouth.(sic)"
