Rob Kardashian feels better than ever since losing 50lbs.

The 29-year-old sock designer has been working hard to lose weight after ballooning to almost 300lbs and while he still has a long way to go before he reaches his target weight; he couldn't be happier at the progress he has made.

Rob wrote on Instagram: "LOL. Still got a lot of work to do and weight to lose but glad I'm getting better (sic)."

Rob retreated from the spotlight over the last two years as he battled weight problems and depression and was diagnosed with diabetes last year and his sister Khloe Kardashian insisted it had given him the push he needed to get healthy.

She said: "He got out [of the hospital] before the New Year, so I was like, 'OK, let's leave all that stuff then. Listen, you found out what the problem is, let's tackle it head on, and everything happens for a reason.'

"If that's going to shake him up a little bit, and let's jump start his health journey, then great, I'm right there for him. He's taking it seriously."

However, Rob has praised his fiancée Blac Chyna - who is expecting his first child - with helping him to get fit and has called her his "motivation".

Posting a picture of them on Instagram previously, he wrote: "Looking from where I started 298lbs to my current weight now 248.4lbs. I'm focused and determined to reach my goal weight 200-205lbs .... Happy I found my motivation."
