Blake Lively finds it "torturous" watching her husband's sex scenes.

The 'Gossip Girl' star says airplane travellers can't get enough of the hit movie 'Deadpool' and quipped it is a "cruel and unusual form of torture" for her to be stuck on a plane for 14 hours watching spouse Ryan Reynolds simulate sex with another woman.

She shared: "It's kind of torture these days because I'm on a plane and every screen is my husband Ryan in a sex montage throughout the holidays with another woman because everyone wants to watch 'Deadpool' on the plane, everyone!

"But for like 14 hours having your husband having like mashed potatoes eaten out of his butthole - that's in the film - it's very, it's lovely. It's a cruel and unusual form of torture."

And it is even more difficult for the 28-year-old actress as she has to explain to their daughter James, 18 months, that her father is in a movie and not on FaceTime.

Speaking on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, she said: "And then my daughter goes, 'Dada!' and she starts hugging and kissing the screen and waving at him, and he's not waving back and she doesn't understand why he's not waving back. She thinks it's like FaceTime. And it's because Daddy's getting it."

Meanwhile, Blake previously revealed she wants her daughter to be brought up in a "normal" way like the 39-year-old actor was.

She said: "Ryan had a nice, normal upbringing, and we want our kids to have the same normal life that we had. We don't ever want to rob them of what we had, because we'd feel really selfish.

"I'd rather not have to deal with it at all, but we knew the lifestyle we were getting into, and while it's hard ... it's another thing when it's our child. She didn't have the opportunity to make a decision about what she wants."
