Adele is taking four suitcases to Glastonbury Festival.

The 'Hello' hitmaker showed she isn't a fan of travelling light as her make-up artist Michael Ashton shared a picture of her luggage on the way to Worthy Farm, Somerset as she prepares to headline the Pyramid stage on Saturday night.

He wrote on Instagram: "just a few essentials packed for #Glastonbury ..... (sic)"

The 28-year-old singer is thought to already be at the festival, after her partner Simon Konecki was spotted roaming around the site earlier in the week.

A source told Mirror Celeb: "Simon was smoking in the hospitality area at the site before walking to take photographs and video footage of revellers at the Pyramid Stage, and he made sure he got involved by enjoying the other acts on smaller stages.

"He looked as though he was really getting into the spirit of Glastonbury as he strolled around the site in the sunshine with a male friend. Nobody recognised him. It was amusing to see fans walking past him singing Adele's Hello. He was beaming. Simon has full access to the swanky toilet facilities on site, but instead chose to stop by a Portaloo. He's clearly as laid back as Adele is."

Meanwhile, Adele previously hit back at those who dubbed her too "boring" to headline the music extravaganza.

She said: "I wanted to do it last year but my record wasn't ready. And to the people who say I am too boring to headline, you're more f***ing boring for moaning about me headlining."

However, there was a time where she felt the "crowds were too big" for her to play the festival.

She said at the time: "I think I have made myself pretty clear on Glastonbury. The crowds are too big - I don't know if I could do it."
