Courteney Cox wants a wedding like Jennifer Aniston's.

The 'Cougar Town' star - who reunited with fiance Johnny McDaid earlier this year after a brief split - was "really impressed" with the way her best friend was able to tie the knot with Justin Theroux in secret last year, and has been getting tips and contacts from her pal in order to plan a similar ceremony at her own home.

A source said: "Courteney was really impressed by Jennifer's wedding to Justin Theroux.

"It all went without a hitch and they managed to keep it secret.

"Courteney loves the idea of having a backyard homespun wedding, just like Jen, who has been sharing all of her best contacts.

"Courteney is thought to have already met with jewellery designer Jennifer Meyer to talk about wedding rings, as well as Charm City Cakes to discuss the wedding cake."

Although the couple got back together earlier this year, it is only recently they have got engaged again and told friends they are putting marriage back on the agenda.

The source said: "They tentatively gave things another go earlier this year and have since decided they're serious about going ahead with the marriage.

"Now they're moving full steam ahead to get everything arranged."

The 52-year-old actress - who has 12-year-old daughter Coco with ex-husband David Arquette - and the Snow Patrol musician, 39, are keen to keep their nuptials as relaxed and low-key as possible.

A source told Britain's Grazia magazine: "Courteney and Johnny haven't hidden the fact they called off their engagement before giving things another go, and have told friends they feel stronger than ever.

"Still, because it hasn't been an entirely smooth ride, they're keen to keep things low-key. They want something relaxed that's just a celebration of their love."
