Adele has kissed a fan on the lips whilst on stage.

The 28-year-old powerhouse accidentally locked lips with a concert goer who joined her on stage to duet with his idol during a performance at Vancouver’s Pepsi Live at Rogers Arena on Wednesday, according to the Mail Online.

After the mother of one – who has three-year-old son Angelo with her partner Simon Konecki – performed with the concert goer she leaned in to hug the unnamed man and give him a kiss on the cheek.

However, footage of the fan sees him swiftly turn his head and catch Adele’s endearing gesture on the lips.

But the ‘Send My Love (To Your New Lover)’ hitmaker wasn’t angered by the fan and turned to her live audience to show her bewilderment at the event and laugh it out.

Following the embrace with the guest appearance decided to snatch a selfie with the British star, which Adele obliged.

Meanwhile, this is not the first time the singer songwriter has shocked her audience whilst on stage, because during her 90-minute Glastonbury set in June this year saw her drop the ‘f’ bomb and a lot more expletives 33 times, despite a warning from the BBC to keep her language in check.

Prior to finishing her hit single 'Hello', Adele told the crowd: "You are f**king amazing!"

Later, Adele added: "Oh my God. Oh my God. Hi. This is the best f**king moment of my whole life. Oh my God. Look at you. Can you put the lights on [the audience] more? I want to see them."

Whilst another concert saw a member of the audience Natalie King proposed to her long-term boyfriend of 12 years, Johnny Biggle, at the 02 Arena, London, in March this year.

Adele is set to play two more concerts in Seattle, Washington, before touring across California where she will grace the stage for six sold-out performances at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles.
