Kim Kardashian West has developed a bizarre rash on her legs.

The 35-year-old reality TV star hosted a bash at MGM Grand's Hakkasan nightclub in Las Vegas on Friday and although she wowed in a vintage Galliano dress, Kim appeared to be suffering from a skin condition.

Some patches of rash could clearly be seen on her lower leg but Kim didn't let that stop her from having a good night.

The star revealed previously that she suffers from the skin disease psoriasis, resulting in an angry red rash, first on her legs, that soon spreads all over her body.

Speaking previously about the condition, Kim said: "My career is doing ad campaigns and swimsuit photo shoots. People don't understand the pressure on me to look perfect.

"When I gain a pound, it's in the headlines. Imagine what they would do to me if they saw all these spots?"

Kim's mother Kris Jenner also suffers from the condition, and told her daughter in 2011: "I got it for the first time when I was exactly your age. I cried myself to sleep for months."

Meanwhile, just hours before Kim was due to leave for Las Vegas for a girls' trip with friends, she chipped her tooth and had to squeeze in a trip to her dentist, Dr Kevin Sands.

Kim shared a video of herself with Dr Sands on Snapchat and explained that she had chipped her "front f***ing tooth".

However, he was able to work his magic in order to ensure that Kim made it to Vegas, where she hosted a bash at Hakkasan.

The star was joined by pals including Maria Menounos, Larsa Pippen and Carla DiBello, where they celebrated their friend Ariana's bachelorette party.
