    Tom Hiddleston been crowned Rear of the Year

    The 35-year-old actor - who is dating Taylor Swift - beat off competition from 'Fifty Shades of Grey' hunk Jamie Dornan, who came second, and third-placed tennis ace Andy Murray to pick up the accolade, largely thanks to his racy sex scene in spy drama 'The Night Manager'.


    'Luther' actor Idris Elba came fourth, and quiz show host Bradley Walsh rounded out the top five.

    'Hollyoaks' actress Jennifer Metcalfe was named the female winner, and thanked her mum for passing on her "small waist and big bum", but admitted she was shocked by the prize.

    And accepting the honour, she urged young girls not to "get hung up" on their body insecurities.

    She said "Everyone goes through their own journey with their body; they need to ride it the way they want to.

    "Don't spend years trying to change a certain part of your body. It will probably never change because it's just in your genetics.

    "Just enjoy life and as long as you feel comfortable in your own skin, that will show through."

    She took the crown ahead of 'Countdown' maths whizz Rachel Riley, 'This Morning' host Holly Willoughby, dancer Ola Jordan and 'Britain's Got Talent' judge Amanda Holden.

    The winners were chosen from more than 10,000 votes cast by members of the public via the contest's official website between July 2015 and June 2016.

    Last year, Daniel Radcliffe was singled out for having the best male butt, while actress Kym Marsh picked up the female prize.

    Tom has also bared his butt in 'Crimson Peak' and 'High-Rise' and has previously said he has done it because it felt "in service of the story".

    He said: "It's one of those things that I've never really thought about because the nudity has always been part of the story and it's never felt gratuitous. It's always felt as if it's in service of something."
