Katie Price thinks all of her children were "ugly" as babies

The 38-year-old star has five kids, Harvey, 14, Junior, 11, and Princess, nine, from past relationships and Jett, two, and 23-month-old Bunny, with husband Kieran Hayler, but she doesn't think any of them were cute when they were first born and she was relieved when they all grew up and got more attractive.

During an appearance as a panellist on 'Loose Women' on Thursday (28.07.16), she said: "They are so ugly when they're born. People would come up to me and say, 'Oh your baby is so beautiful.' And I'm like, 'I know you're lying but don't worry they'll grow out of it.'

"I'm not saying they're ugly now, I love them, but what I'm saying is when they're born they're not the best."

Katie has described Bunny, the youngest member of her family, as looking like 'The Grinch' - the mean-faced green creature from the book 'How the Grinch Stole Christmas!' by Dr. Seuss.

She added: "Bunny, now, is like something out of The Grinch, she's a little tomboy. I did get her ears pierced, not to make her look more of a girl. I also put her in dresses."

Katie was joined on 'Loose Women' by Junior and Princess - her kids with ex-husband Peter Andre - and it was announced that they will be the 'Loose Kids of Summer' appearing weekly to give a kid's-eye view on a range of the talking points the panel discuss.

Katie's fellow panellist Andrea McLean added: "Katie's a little bit worried but we're all thrilled!"
