Gwyneth Paltrow loves "all kinds" of French fries.

The 43-year-old star tries to be gluten and dairy-free when possible because her family are intolerant to the foodstuffs, but personal trainer to the stars Tracy Anderson, 41, has admitted the blonde beauty is a big fan of calorific treats like chips and cheeses.

Speaking about Gwyneth's recent dinner party for her online lifestyle magazine Goop, the fitness guru said: "The Goop dinner was amazing. The food was spectacular.

"Of course, there were French fries, because she loves French fries. All kind of French fries, from waffle fries on.

"My favourite was the malted milkshakes they passed with cookies - so the dance floor was kind of sticky."

Tracy admitted there were also loads of sweets, lobster rolls and "cheeses everywhere" at the bash.

The personal trainer has worked with several other big names, including Jennifer Lopez, and while the 47-year-old star recently shot down speculation she is expecting, Tracy believes the brunette beauty "wouldn't be opposed" to maternity workouts.

She said: "I do know that she likes being a mom and I don't think she would be opposed to it

"Jennifer is someone I want to give my time to. For me, I personally like to work with her. Somebody can't be in line to hire me, I have to want to do it."

Tracy has also helped Kim Kardashian West, 35, but isn't actually sure if she still works with her or not.

Speaking to the New York Daily News' Confidential column, she added: "I have before, but I don't know.

"It is a lot of diet."
