    Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa will headline the Call of Duty: Experience 2016 gaming convention.

    The two giants of hip hop will perform together in their first ever joint set to conclude the special fan event - dubbed Call of Duty XP - on Sunday 4 September at the Forum in Inglewood, California.


    To mark the announcement, Activision - who publish the first person shooter game franchise and are organising the celebration - have released a limited number of ticket for 'Call of Duty XP' which include the Sunday gig from Snoop and Wiz.

    Rob Kotich, the ex ecutive vice president, said of the event: "It's going to be an amazing time for our fans, even more so now with Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa there to cap this epic, multi-day event."

    In addition to the concert, fans of the 'Call of Duty' franchise will be treated to game reveals, 'Call of Duty' inspired live experiences and the final of the Call of Duty World League Championship, presented by PlayStation 4 where there will be a whopping $2 million on up for grabs.

    There will also be the world premiere of 'Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare' multiplayer and 'Zombies in Spaceland' modes, 'Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered and new 'Call of Duty: Black Opp III' downloadable content.

    There will also be the first opportunity to play the first 'Call of Duty' PlayStation VR experience.

    Rob added: "'Call of Duty XP is the ultimate Call of Duty fan experience. From the game reveals led by Infinite Warfare multiplayer to the 'Call of Duty'-inspired live experiences to the $2 million Call of Duty Championship finale, there's something for everyone."

    For fans who can't attend the celebration, selected events - such as the Call of Duty World League Championship - will be livestreamed in HD on Twitch at www.twitch.tv/callofduty and on YouTube at www.youtube.com/callofduty.
