Vanilla Ice will compete on 'Dancing With The Stars'.

Us Weekly reports that the 48-year-old rapper has signed up to compete on season 23 of the dance competition, alongside Laurie Hernandez, Amber Rose, Kenneth 'Babyface' Edmonds, Jake T. Austin, Maureen McCormick, Terra Jole, Emma Samms and Ryan Lochte.

Meanwhile, it has also been revealed that siblings Derek and Julianne Hough will return to the show.

Julianne will appear on the judging panel while Derek will resume his position as professional dancer.

Derek explained on Instagram: "I'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. This fall, I was planning on being immersed in rehearsals for 'Singin' in the Rain' on Broadway, but due to successes of the shows currently running, that project has been delayed because there simply isn't a theatre available. Singin' in the Rain is still very much part of my future plans.

"With my fall schedule freeing up I'm excited to say that I'll be back on 'Dancing with the Stars' for Season 23. It's always great to be back with my 'DWTS' family, coaching, creating and making lasting memories. I'm grateful to everyone at 'Hairspray LIVE' for enabling me to do double duty on two major productions at the same time this fall. It's going to be a challenge that I'm looking forward to.

"This next year is gonna be JAM packed with exciting projects and I can't wait to share it ALL with you (sic)."

However, professional dancer Kym Johnson, who married her season 20 partner, Shark Tank businessman Robert Herjavec, last month, won't be returning.

She said: "I love the show and I'd love to still be part of it but, you know, I still want to hang up my dance shoes and what a way to end."
