Kendall Jenner's trespasser has been found not guilty of stalking

Shavaughn McKenzie was charged with one count of misdemeanour stalking and one count of misdemeanour trespassing in August when he was found waiting outside the 20-year-old model's Hollywood home, and followed her inside the gates as she drove through.

Now, Shavaughn has been found not guilty of his stalking charge, but has been found guilty of trespassing. The punishment for trespassing will most likely be probation.

Speaking about the incident on the witness stand in court in Los Angeles, Kendall said: "I've never been so scared in my life.

"I was terrified. I was literally traumatised.

"I definitely don't feel safe in my own house anymore."

Whilst Shavaughn may not have been found guilty of stalking, he will still have to stay 100 yards away from Kendall, as well as her home, her car, and her workplace, as a judge has imposed a permanent restraining order.

The verdict comes after Shavaughn had previously been on probation after trespassing on the grounds of UCLA, and this newest charge could see him landed in jail for violation of that probation.

Police reports at the time stated that the 25-year-old man had been following Kendall for some time, and he banged on her car window and asked: "Can I talk to you?"

The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star started screaming, but the man tried to reassure her.

He held his hands in the air and said: "Hey look, I don't have a gun."

Kendall only bought the house - which previously belonged to Emily Blunt and John Krasinski - two months prior to the incident.

She splashed out $6.5 million on the stunning property, which features six bedrooms, five bathrooms and a private swimming pool.

Since Shavaughn's trespassing, sources say she's been staying with her neighbours.
