Megan Fox has shared the first picture of her son Journey

The 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' star and her husband Brian Austin Green welcomed their youngest son into the world in August but have yet to share a picture of their child publicly until now.

The photo posted to Megan's Instagram account shows her posing whilst lying on the bed next to Journey, who is staring straight at the camera.

And the 30-year-old actress - who also has Noah, four, and Bodhi, two, with Brian - previously revealed how much she loves being pregnant.

She explained: "I love being pregnant, which is, a lot of women don't feel that way, it is really uncomfortable ... by the way. It is painful at parts.

"I feel the overall process is an amazing one. I feel so productive creating a human person that I'm so excited to meet because I know that I have such a spiritual connection to them, so I can't wait to meet this new member of my family."

And it was not only Brian and Megan who were excited about welcoming Journey into the world, his siblings were too.

She added: "The older one [Noah] is very excited [about having a little sibling]. The older one is excited. Bodhi is too young.

"He gets it, but he's still in that sort of oblivious phase, like, 'What are we playing right now?' He's not thinking about the future. But Noah's really excited. He's actually really maternal, and he can't wait to feed and hold and pet the baby. He's practicing a lot with baby dolls. He's doing a good job."
