Jodie Marsh thinks her dogs' poo is "amazing"

The 37-year-old former glamour model - who is no stranger to getting her own 'puppies' out in front of the camera - is thrilled that feeding her canine companions a new raw food supplement has made their turds tougher.

Alongside a poop emoji, she tweeted:

"Gross tweet alert: since I've been feeding my dogs raw food from @NIrawpetfoods their poo is AMAZING! It's firm & so easy to pick up. Haha

"I actually said to my friend on the dog walk today "God their poo is amazing" haha she laughed a lot! So thanks @NIrawpetfoods I'm happy! X(sic)"

But one of the best things about the dogs' new diet is their poops don't let off a pongy scent.

She added: "I can't believe the difference in their poo in fact. It doesn't even smell. It's bloody brilliant. Wish I'd always fed them @NIrawpetfoods !(sic)"

Jodie, who split from husband James Placido earlier this year, has a total of six dogs - Jeff, Wendy, Rosie, Ralph, Louie and Marshall - and has previously admitted her beloved dogs have 'saved her from depression'.

So it comes as no surprise that in return, the brunette beauty wants to give them the very best.

Four of her pet pooches are rescue dogs and she has owned the other two from when they were puppies.

Louie, the oldest pooch, is an 11-year-old British Bulldog that she acquired nine years ago, Ralph the Rottweiler is the second oldest and she has had him for just over 12 months. Marshall is a three-year-old black pug Jeff is a dwarf Jack Russell, Rosie is also a Rottweiller and Wendy is a Border-Terrier cross.

Jodie recently admitted she had always wanted a Rottweiler but she was scared of them until she brought Ralph into her home.

She said: "Although I'd always wanted a Rottweiler before I had Ralph I was still scared of them. Stupidly because I know because I've had dogs all my life and know a lot about them, but because I'd never had a Rottweiler I was a little wary of them. I mean if I saw one at the park I'd steer my dogs away from it because you do have this misconception about them, in part I think because they're so big.

"The very first day Ralph came home with me he was in the kitchen and I'll never forget, I had a couple of friends there that day and all three of us were scared of him."

And the star has revealed she wasn't the only one who was fearful of the new addition to her furry family, as her father, John, refused to look after the "bloody great big" dog.

She explained: "I'll never forget something my dad said. I hadn't consulted my mum and dad before getting him and when I'm away filming in America for my TV show it's my mum and dad who look after my animals and basically they move into my home to take care of them.

"I'll always remember telling them saying 'Oh by the way I've rescued a Rottweiler' and my dad said 'right, well, let me tell you now I will not be looking after your dogs when you go away. Do you think I'm going to come and live in that house with a bloody great big Rottweiler?' and he said 'I will not do it.''"
