Kim Kardashian West has had her stretch marks removed

The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star underwent a procedure to reduce the prominence of the scarring and feels so relieved she's had it done after being "scared" about the procedure for months.

Speaking in a video on Snapchat, she said: "I feel so excited that I finally did it. I've been so scared to do it thinking it hurts so badly, and it didn't hurt that badly. So I'm so grateful, and I'm so excited. I love you Dr. Ourian."

To reduce how many stretch marks she has, Kim - who has North, three, and Saint, 13 months, with her husband Kanye West - was keen to lose her baby weight slowly.

She wrote on her official website before the birth of Saint: "A few weeks to go and 60 pounds up! I look at other celebrities and Instagram girls who are literally so skinny right after giving birth. How is that possible?!?!

"I mean, I’m focused and I love the challenge of getting my body back and feeling good again, BUT I am going to be a little bit more realistic. I’m not saying anyone is being unhealthy or not doing it the right way, but how do they lose weight and look so good so fast?! (sic)"

And Kim isn't worried about her weight "slipping" until she has child number three.

She explained: "I'm not worried about after [giving birth to my second child] ... I'm just worried about number three, that's when your body really starts to slip."

Meanwhile, the brunette beauty previously confessed pregnancy is the "worst experience" of her life.

She shared: "I'm gonna keep it real: For me, pregnancy is the worst experience of my life! LOL! I don't enjoy one moment of it and I don't understand people who enjoy it.

"Maybe it's the swelling, the backaches or just the complete mindf**k of how your body expands and nothing fits. I just always feel like I'm not in my own skin.

"People just don't tell you all of the gross things that happen during pregnancy or after. Do you know you basically have to wear a diaper for two months afterwards! LOL! No one told me that! #SoSexy. (sic)"
