Gal Gadot has given birth to her second child

The 'Wonder Woman' star took to social media on Monday (20.03.17) to announce she and her husband Yaron Versano had welcomed a little girl called Maya into the world.

She wrote on Instagram: "And then we were four... She is here, Maya.

"I feel so complete blessed and thankful for all the Wonders in my life #family #newborn #greatfull (sic)"

The picture shows and Yaron holding hands as their five-year-old daughter Alma pushes the newborn out of the hospital in a pram.

No other details about the birth have yet to be released.

Gal announced her pregnancy on social media last November, where she shared a picture of her and her husband clutching her little bump.

She wrote alongside it: "So excited to share this wonder with you... #mommyforthesecondtime (sic)"

And the brunette beauty previously revealed she has her mother and daughter come with her when she works so she feels at ease knowing her little girl is nearby.

She said recently: "Fame means I have to be very organised. But being a mother means getting up early in the morning even if you're tired because that's your responsibility.

"I worry that I should always be doing more and spend more time with Alma even when I'm working. I try to do the best I can. My mother and my daughter travel with me, so when I'm on the set, my mother will look after Alma and that gives me comfort."

And Gal loves being a mother and is glad she was able to have a daughter before her career really took off as she wouldn't have as much time for her if she waited until things had "settled".

She explained: "I was thinking about whether I should wait to have children when my acting career was more settled, but then I thought that if you're more successful, you're working even more, so that wouldn't be the best time either.

"I'm very happy being a mother and as soon as you begin raising your child, you feel this incredible love and happiness that is different from anything else you've ever experienced."
