Josh Homme has reportedly been sued for allegedly assaulting an autograph seller

The Queens of the Stone Age frontman had a lawsuit filed against him on Monday (20.03.17) at Wayne County Circuit Court by school teacher Jason Leckrone, who is seeking a minimum of $25,000 for assault, defamation, false light, appropriation and intentional infliction of emotional distress after the altercation, which took place in April when the 43-year-old rocker was playing a show in Detroit, Michigan, with Iggy Pop as part of their 'Post Pop Depression Tour'.

According to Alternative Nation, the 'No One Knows' rocker refused to sign items for the collector and called the guy a "f***ing loser" after he said to him that he's "making money off us buying your $90 tickets and $30 shirts".

The suit obtained by the publication stated that Homme "confronted autograph seekers and said something to the effect of - I am not signing autographs for you blood-sucking eBayers, I am tired of you making money off me but I will take photos with you".

Leckrone claims that Homme started "swearing" at him between taking photos with other fans outside the venue.

It reads: "The plaintiff pointed out that defendant Homme benefited from these types of people who attended the concert. Defendant Homme began taking photos with people while swearing at plaintiff between photos."

The litigant also claims that Homme came into close contact with his "face" and continued "screaming" at him.

It added: "when defendant Homme finished the last photo, he approached plaintiff [and] was right in his face screaming profanities."

The suit also states that the rock star "confronted plaintiff again and threatened him ... [saying] that he wanted to punch him in the face" after the show's after-party and Homme also allegedly placed his finger "inches from plaintiff's face ... [and] then intentionally and physically grabbed plaintiff around the shoulder area".

Neither Homme or a representative for the singer has commented.
