Sarah Harding was warned not to compete in 'Celebrity Big Brother' by Nadine Coyle
The 32-year-old singer has admitted she was "petrified" when her Girls Aloud band member told her she had signed up for the reality show, and tried to sway the blonde beauty - who was crowned champion of this year's series - off the idea by tempting her with a trip to Spain instead.

Speaking to The Sun's 'Bizarre Life' podcast, the Irish beauty said: "I was petrified. She called to tell me she was doing it and my immediate thing was, 'Don't. Absolutely not. Why? Stop this immediately. Retract, retract. Don't do it. Just don't do it. We'll go on a holiday. I'm going to Spain, come'."
But the 'Sound of the Underground' hitmaker - who has three-year-old daughter Anaiya - has revealed the 35-year-old was adamant she was going to go through with it and live in the infamous Elstree abode.
She explained: "But she wanted to do it. And Sarah's, you know, if she's got it in her mind she's going to do something, she's going to go and do it."
Although Nadine didn't want Sarah to take part on the programme she was supported her decision, unlike their fellow band mate Cheryl Tweedy who is believed to have unfollowed Sarah on social media prior to appearing on the programme.
But the 'Fight For This Love' singer's action didn't surprise Nadine or Sarah.
Nadine said: "I'm not surprised, no. If you don't like somebody, just be genuine about it. You don't have to be anything else. I don't think Sarah's surprised either, it's to be expected."
Meanwhile, Nadine has launched her solo career with the release of her comeback single 'Go To Work', which was released on Friday (08.09.17), and the star has admitted her new music is similar to the Girls Aloud records but with a more contemporary twist.
She said: "We do pop. But like Girls Aloud we had the ability to do maybe pop, rock, soul or different types of things, so we just started going through songs and seeing what made sense.
"It's a real mishmash of great beats and great music and lyrics that are quirky and out there but not as much as Girls Aloud - more kind of 2017."
