Sofia Richie “seems smitten” with Scott Disick

The 19-year-old daughter of music legend Lionel Richie has been spotted getting close to the ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star - who has Mason, seven, Penelope, five, and Reign, two, with his former partner Kourtney Kardashian - in recent months, and sources now say the pair could be more than just friends.

An insider told People magazine: “Since returning to LA, Scott and Sofia are inseparable. They are spending every day together. Sofia seems smitten. It’s obvious that she looks up to Scott. She constantly giggles around him. They are very flirty. Scott takes care of her, opens the car door and pays for everything.”

It isn’t the first time Sofia and Scott have been romantically linked, but the young star previously tweeted that the pair were merely friends.

She wrote in May: “Just so everyone can get their panties out of their a**es, Scott and I are just homies.”

The news comes after it was reported earlier this week that Scott, 34, was “trying to get better” following his months of partying with a bevy of babes including Sofia and actress Bella Thorne earlier this year.

Scott’s recent behaviour is believed to have been triggered by his split from Kourtney - whom he enjoyed an on/off romance with for almost a decade - and his move to clean up his act came after he realised he was "fed up of his own stupid behaviour”.

An insider said: "He's been feeling better. He's been really good. He was just in Vegas and didn't drink.

"When he felt like he was about to slip, he would call friends who talked him off the edge. He was definitely spiralling for a while, but he got fed up with himself and was over his own stupid behaviour.”
