Kevin Hart has become a father again

The 38-year-old comedian has announced his wife Eniko Parrish gave birth to their little boy Kenzo Kash Hart - their first child together - in the early hours of Tuesday morning (21.11.17) and revealed that both mother and baby are doing well following the labour

Taking to his Instagram account, Kevin wrote: "God is truly amazing.... Kenzo Kash Hart was born at 1:45 ....He is Healthy & already smiling. Thank you all for your prayers!!!! We love & appreciate ya #Harts (sic)"

The handsome star then added that he is so "overwhelmed with joy right now."

He said: God is good. Overwhelmed with joy & emotion right now!!!!!! #Harts (sic)"

The 'Ride Along' actor - who already has 12-year-old daughter Heaven and 10-year-old son Hendrix with his ex-wife Torrei Hart - has been waiting for Kenzo's arrival for the past week and admitted recently that his two kids are "excited" to become older siblings to their new baby brother.

He said: "You know, to have another addition to the family, especially a boy, the last name Hart lives on. It's an amazing thing - my third child. And it's a time when you gotta look and be thankful for the blessings that you have, and more importantly, at the smiles I now get to see on a daily basis, you know. Both of my kids are excited, she's excited. That's the best thing for me. That's the biggest gift that I could ask for. Nothing else comes close so, you know, we're praying for a healthy delivery, healthy baby and I think smooth sailing from there on forth."

Kevin's baby son comes just months after he promised he'd "do better" for the sake of his family after he was allegedly targeted in an extortion attempt over a sexually-suggestive video.

Kevin said: "Sending so many apologies to my wife & kids. I gotta do better and I will. I'm not perfect and have never claimed to be ...I love you all."

Kevin's spokesperson refused to reveal what the actor was responding to.

They said in a statement at the time: "Someone tried to set Kevin up in a failed extortion attempt. As law enforcement is involved, we cannot comment further as it could affect the investigation."
