Katie Holmes stepped out to support Jamie Foxx at a launch party in New York

The 'Dawson's Creek' star and the 'Django Unchained' actor, 49, are thought to have been dating since 2013, but did not go public with their romance until earlier this year

Katie, 38, attended the opening of the Prive Revaux store in New York on Monday night (04.12.17), where Jamie was a special guest, according to People magazine. The actor is one of several celebrities involved in the eyewear brand.

The couple arrived separately to the party and did not pose for pictures together, but it is rare for them to even attend the same event.

Katie and Jamie had long been the subject of speculation they are an item until they appeared to confirm they were together when were snapped holding hands as took a romantic stroll along a beach in Malibu, California over Labor Day weekend in September.

Meanwhile, 'Baby Driver' star Jamie Foxx is reportedly teaching Katie's 11-year-old daughter Suri how to play the piano.

A source previously said: "He's a great teacher and it's giving them a hobby to bond over. He makes the lessons fun and he's not pushy, which works for Suri. She loves to practice, and Katie couldn't be happier."

Foxx - who has two daughters, 23-year-old model Corrine and eight-year-old Annalise - began learning the piano when he was just five years old and by the time he was a teenager he was a part-time pianist and choir leader in Terrell's New Hope Baptist Church in Texas.
