Kris Jenner has splashed out more than $9.9 million on a new home

The showbiz matriarch forked out the huge sum on a new Hidden Hills house in California across the street from her daughter Kim Kardashian West and husband Kanye West, PEOPLE has confirmed

Kris' new plush pad features six bedrooms, which could be ideal if Kim and her other kids, Kourtney, Rob and Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie and Kendall Jenner fancy staying over after a big night.

The abode also has a theatre room with blackout curtains which could be great for her ever-growing collection of grandchildren to take in a movie before bed time.

But if she needs a break after babysitting duties one of the eight bathrooms may provide a nice relaxing space for her to unwind, and there is also a gym for her health-conscious family.

Preparing meals for her loved ones shouldn't be a problem with the house's kitchen, which features a number of sinks and prepping areas, and there is a breakfast nook with eight table settings.

The master bedroom features a seated area and a huge walk-in closet, which Jennifer Lawrence might be interested to know.

The 'Hunger Games' actress ended up "fully butt naked" in Kris' wardrobe earlier this year after going round for dinner and downing five martinis.

While interviewing Kim recently, she told the audience: "I drank five martinis and wound up naked in her closet, I'm dead serious."

Kim admitted the evening with the 27-year-old actress was the most under the influence she had ever seen her mother before.

She said: "So Jennifer came over for dinner two weeks ago, I've never seen my mom more drunk in our lives. It was so funny. They had a few too many drinks for my taste.

"You said, 'I'm not joking, I really want Kanye to style me,' and so I said, 'OK.'

"I come back in and you're fully butt naked. I feel like I know you so well now."
