Kim Kardashian West would love to attend Paris Hilton's wedding

Paris, 36, recently got engaged to Chris Zylka, 32, and insisted that she wanted to invite Kim, who she reconciled with in 2016 after the former best friends had a public falling out

Responding to Paris' declaration that she would "of course" invite Kim, 37, to her wedding, reality TV star Kim - who is married to rapper Kanye West - told TMZ: "We would love to go."

The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star once worked as a stylist for the hotel heiress and appeared on her reality show 'The Simple Life' way before she became a star in her own right, only to for the pair to become rivals.

Kim previously said that she had worked for her fame - unlike Paris, who is just a girl who "carries a dog around in her purse" all day.

She was also unhappy when Paris called her famous behind "cottage cheese inside a big trash bag" in a 2008 interview.

She said: "I haven’t talked to her in a few years.

“We were good friends … It was just one time we didn’t speak again. I did speak to her once when she went on a radio station and said that my ass looks like cellulite in a trash bag or something, she did call me to say sorry."

But the pair reconciled in 2016 and have remained friendly.

Meanwhile, Paris recently revealed she and Chris are busy planning their upcoming nuptials.

Asked about plans for the wedding she said: "We're planning it right now. We're going to plan it soon with my family. We're having dinner with them this week when we stop off at Aspen."

Paris also said her £1.48 million (2 million US dollars) engagement ring meant "everything" to her. The reality star has reportedly hired extra security to watch over the sparkler.

Paris and Chris confirmed their engagement at the start of the New Year.

She wrote on social media: "I am so excited to be engaged to the love of my life and my best friend. I have never felt so happy, safe and loved. He is perfect for me in every way and showed me that fairytales really do exist. I was so excited and surprised. I immediately said yes. The ring was so gorgeous and sparkling. I was shaking as I put it on. It is the most beautiful ring that I have ever seen."

Chris added: "Paris is the most beautiful and incredible woman both inside and out. I feel like the luckiest man in the world to be marrying my dream girl. I can't wait to spend the rest of our lives together."
