Kylie Jenner has confirmed her daughter has Travis' Scott's surname

The 20-year-old reality star revealed on Instagram on Tuesday (06.02.18) that she and her boyfriend - whose real name is Jacques Webster - had called their little girl Stormi, and she has now edited the post to read "stormi webster (sic)" alongside an angel emoji

The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star's mother, Kris Jenner, also shared the accompanying image - featuring Stormi's hand wrapped around Kylie's thumb - on her Twitter page.

She captioned the image: "Meet my precious granddaughter Stormi! I love you endlessly #Repost @kyliejenner stormi (sic)"

And Kylie's half-sister, Kim Kardashian West - who has children North, four, Saint, two, and Chicago, three weeks, with husband Kanye West - simply tweeted an image of a thunderstorm emoji.

The lip kit guru stayed out of the spotlight during her pregnancy, only confirming the news on Sunday (04.02.18), three days after Stormi's birth, and she has won praise from her mom for the way she has handled things.

Kris told E! News: "Kylie did it her way, which I thought was really beautiful. She just wanted to take the time for her baby and herself. She's doing great."

The 'Life of Kylie' star apologised to her fans for staying quiet about her pregnancy, but admitted she felt she needed to keep her baby away from the "stress" of life in the public eye.

Announcing the arrival of her daughter, she wrote on Instagram:

"I'm sorry for keeping you in the dark through all the assumptions. I understand you're used to me bringing you along on all my journeys. My pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world. I knew for myself I needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress free and health way I knew how. There was no gotcha moment, no big paid reveal I had planned. I knew my baby would feel every stress and every emotion so I chose to do it this way for my little life and our happiness.

"Pregnancy has been the most beautiful, empowering and life changing experience I've had in my entire life and I'm actually going to miss it. I appreciate my friends and especially my family for helping me make this special moment as private as we could. My beautiful and healthy baby girl arrived February 1st and I just couldn't wait to share this blessing. I've never felt love and happiness like this I could burst. Thank you for understanding."
