Ashley Graham feels like she can accomplish "anything" on a good hair day

The 30-year-old model has revealed she considers her hair to be a major source of empowerment and Ashley has claimed that, on a good day, she feels like she can achieve anything once she sets her mind to it

The brunette beauty shared: "Confidence comes from within, but having a great hair day definitely helps. My hair looks fabulous, I have a positive outlook on the day, and I know I can accomplish anything."

As a result, Ashley relishes every time she goes to the salon to get her hair done, because it helps to boost her self-confidence.

The American star - who has appeared in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue - told People: "The best hair day is any day after I get my hair done at the salon. I always leave with my hair feeling soft, voluminous and fresh.

"The worst hair day always involves being outside in bad humidity or the rain! My hair is already flat so the rain completely ruins it."

The confession comes shortly after Ashley revealed she tells herself she is "beautiful" every morning.

The curvaceous star admitted that reading daily affirmations has helped drastically boost her confidence levels, as she believes words are "powerful", and that thinking positively has helped change her "outlook on life".

She said: "[I tell myself] I am bold, I am brilliant, I am beautiful [every morning].

"I think our words have power, and if you're constantly telling yourself that you're not good enough and you're doubting your exterior on a daily basis, then that's what your life going to turn out to be.

Using affirmations changed my outlook on life."
