Heather Locklear will not be charged for allegedly hitting her boyfriend last month

The 56-year-old actress was arrested on suspicion of felony domestic battery for allegedly assaulting boyfriend, Chris Heisser, at her California home on February 25, and while that charge has now been dropped, she will face four counts of misdemeanour battery on a police officer and one charge of resisting or obstructing a police officer after she was said to have lashed out at the cops who were called to attend the incident

Documents obtained by People that were written by Senior Deputy Sheriff Keith Hall claimed Heather bit one of the officers and acted "belligerent and aggressive" towards them.

The officer wrote: "Deputy Alldredge saw that was bleeding from the bridge of his nose and he had redness on his chest...

"Told Deputy Alldredge that in the bedroom, Locklear attacked while he was on the bed and he defended himself. He did not know how many times Locklear struck him.

"Locklear bit his face and described Locklear as being 'all over' him for the last 20-30 minutes acting 'crazy,' 'angry,' and 'wild.'

"[During the investigation] Locklear exhibited combative, belligerent, and aggressive behavior toward deputies."

He described the former 'Melrose Place' star as being "agitated and uncooperative".

The documents continued: "Locklear grabbed Deputy Alldredge by the bicep and pulled on it while ordering him to get out of the house.

"Locklear walked to her bedroom and began to close the door. Deputy Alldredge put his foot in the doorway to prevent her from closing it, and to continue the investigation. Heather attempted to push Deputy Alldredge out of the doorway, and screamed, 'Get the f**k out of my house!'

"She battered Deputy Alldredge by kicking him in his shin in an attempt to get his foot out of the doorway. The source was strong enough to force Deputy Alldredge's leg out of the doorway."

The Affidavit of Probable Cause documents went on to claim Heather threatened the officers with abusive language.

She allegedly told Deputy Negsis: "You f***ing deserve your kids to die! You f***ing deserve it! And when you find yourself in that position, think of me!"

The report states she then went on to tell the officers: "'I hope no one f***ing burns your entire department down, your f***ing police department. Get the f**k off my property. Don't ever come on it. All of you are not allowed ...

"I will shoot you if you come on my property and take that as a threat and f***ing put another count against me.' "

The threat to "shoot" the officers sparked a search warrant for a firearm.

Officers visited Heather's property in Thousand Oaks last week but didn't find a gun.

The actress - who has 20-year-old daughter Ava with ex-husband Richie Sambora - is currently in rehab.
