Locals support East/West link - with changes
The Onehunga Enhancement Society says it'll support the East West Link plan, provided significant changes are made.

The one-point-eight-five billion dollar project - planned by the previous National Government - was placed under review after the election.
It will now go ahead at a lower cost.
Onehunga Enhancement Society chairman Jim Jackson says the Government and council need to reconsider the route of the link.
He says the route should run from Onehunga to Highbrook, with tunnels under Mount Richmond and the Tamaki River.
Under the previous Government's plan, the link would've connected State Highway 20 at Onehunga, and State Highway 1 at Mt Wellington.
