Recyclable waste stockpiles continue to grow

That's what one of the country's biggest recycling companies believes, as waste stockpiles continue to grow.
Until recently the bulk of our recyclables had been sent offshore to China for processing.
But China stopped accepting them earlier this year - leaving paper and plastic with nowhere to go.
Smart Environmental Managing Director Graham Christian [told Larry Williams] says the problem's down to two factors.
