In a charity league match, New Zealand Defence Force personnel beat their Australian counterparts 32-20.
Both sides wore national team jerseys donated by their country's league bodies, with the match raising a few thousand dollars for charities which support families or service personnel.
Task Group Taji’s Regimental Sergeant Major says it was all good fun and for a good cause, and the camaraderie was great.
The combined New Zealand-Australian training mission has trained around 34 thousand Iraqi Security Forces personnel since May 2015.
