    Victoria University students interested in name change

    Current students are excited by the idea to change the name of Victoria University of Wellington.


    The university's Vice-Chancellor says they're considering a re-name to try and address global confusion, given there are at least 16 others of the same or similar name worldwide.

    Students Association President Marlon Drake says that would benefit the students.

    He says as long as there's proper consultation carried out, students can look forward to an exciting change for the university.
