The Workplace Relations Minister says not all businesses will survive the Government's employment policy changes

The Workplace Relations Minister says not all businesses will survive the Government's employment policy changes

Iain Lees-Galloway made the comments on TVNZ's Q programme this morning.

He says New Zealand needs to transition to a high-skill, high-wage economy, and businesses need to be resilient and adapt to that.

Lees-Galloway says the government needs to create an environment in which new businesses and jobs can develop, and as things change for people, new opportunities become available.
