Peter Miles, aged 61, his 58-year-old wife Cynda, their daughter Katrina, 35, and Aaron Cockman's four children - daughter Taye, 13, and sons Rylan, 12, Arye, 10, and Kadyn Cockman, eight - were found dead at the Miles' Osmington property on Friday.
They had all been shot by guns licensed to Mr Miles.
Mr Cockman today said he still loves who Peter was, saying if it wasn't for him, Mr Cockmand wouldn't have met his wife and had their children.
