Tuipulotu left the park during the loss to the Hurricanes, and is now considered highly doubtful to be available for selection.
It's likely Tuipulotu would have been low on the pecking order anyway behind Sam Whitelock, Brodie Retallick and Scott Barrett, with his potential naming hinging on whether a fourth specialist lock was required.
Josh Goodhue is likely to miss the match with concussion too, with Ben Nee-Nee and Gerard Cowley-Tuioti.
