Biosecurity Minister Damien O'Connor says the plan will ensure exotic pests and diseases have less of a chance of making it here, giving growers and farmers greater certainty.
He says the Government moved quickly this year to put up $85 million for the frontline response to Mycoplasma bovis.
Damien O'Connor says it will provide an update on the next steps in the plan to deal with the cattle disease in the coming weeks.
The Ministry of Primary Industries will also get 38 million over two years to ensure our primary sector is producing sustainable and premium natural products.
