    Arras Tunnel in Wellington is closed after a car caught on fire


    A Fire and Emergency spokesperson says a car had caught on fire but had been extinguished.

    Fire appliances still remained at the scene.

    The tunnel is still closed and no injuries had been reported at this stage.
