Three European Union sources have denied reports that a meeting in Vienna to salvage the imperilled Iranian nuclear deal will discuss offering Iran financial aid in exchange for concessions

A German newspaper has reported that diplomats from Britain, Germany, France, China and Russia would meet in the Austrian capital on Friday to discuss next steps after the decision by US President Donald Trump to exit the 2015 nuclear accord.
Possible additions to the accord designed to appease the US may include provisions to address US concerns over Iran's ballistic missile programme and Tehran's support of armed groups in the Middle East.
